During the conversation, Nkengsa highlighted how Air Canada boosted operational efficiency through its in-house engineering analysis which has enabled the airline to identify trends, adopt proactive maintenance strategies, and enhance its overall reliability.
Speaking on the surplus of data airlines are now faced with, he said:
“Honestly, you can never have enough [data]. The more the better because when you have more data then you can always find more ways to use it, which is exciting as well.”
